Our Story
Conducting was built on a simple belief: understand the problem before reaching for the solution.
We work across electrical systems, controls, training and building services, bringing different disciplines together to solve problems clearly, safely and professionally. Whether it is a planned installation, a complex fault or an everyday repair, our aim is always the same: to reduce friction, increase confidence and leave things working as they should.
We are naturally curious. We ask questions, look beyond the obvious and take pride in finding solutions that last. We do not claim to know everything, but we care enough to understand what is really happening.
We do not chase complexity.
We simply enjoy solving it.
A recent example
One room.
Many disciplines.
This classroom started as a space with a collection of separate requirements. By the time we finished, it had become a complete, purpose-built IT suite.
We designed and manufactured the bespoke furniture from sheet material, installed the electrical and Ethernet infrastructure, ran fibre to the network switch, tinted the windows and safely isolated redundant plumbing.
It is a good example of how we like to work: not by focusing on one trade, but by understanding the whole project.
